Telesheba is an application designed with a focus on public service. It caters to subscribers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) who wish to raise concerns about the services provided by the company, including telephone, internet (GPON and ADSL), and billing issues. Through Telesheba, subscribers can submit complaints which are automatically relayed to the relevant BTCL officers for prompt resolution. This efficient system ensures that both the subscribers and the officers are kept informed throughout the process.
In addition to handling complaints, Telesheba offers a platform for users to apply for new telephone and internet (ADSL and GPON) connections seamlessly. Subscribers can conveniently check their bills, register their email addresses and mobile numbers for monthly bill notifications via email and SMS, as well as apply for prepaid telephone and internet services. The application streamlines the payment process for demand notes, offering a hassle-free experience to BTCL subscribers.
Signing up for Telesheba is straightforward – all that's required is a valid email address and an 11-digit mobile number. Once registered, users can easily log in using their email or mobile number.
