Telesheba is an application designed with a focus on public service. It caters to subscribers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) who wish to raise concerns about the services provided by the company, including telephone, internet (GPON and ADSL), and billing issues. Through Telesheba, subscribers can submit complaints which are automatically relayed to the relevant BTCL officers for prompt resolution. In addition to handling complaints, Telesheba offers a platform for users to apply for new telephone and internet (ADSL and GPON) connections seamlessly. Subscribers can conveniently check their bills, register their email addresses and mobile numbers for monthly bill notifications via email and SMS, as well as apply for prepaid telephone and internet services.
